Refund policy

Because of the personal nature of the Komodo Ball™, we don’t accept returns — but if your order shows up damaged or something’s off, we’ve got you.

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to primitivegoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Photos of the damaged product
  2. Photos of the packaging it came in

Once those are sent, we'll get you a free replacement in the mail ASAP.

We’re a small brand and we genuinely care. If there’s a problem, we’ll work with you to fix it.
