Wanted to improve my grip for certain workouts. Works surprisingly well, but takes consistent use. I have ADHD, so it's nice having something to fidget with that helps for the gym.
I have patients that come in with excessive sweating in their hands due to hyperhidrosis (usually at the request of a partner). After using this callus ball myself to build up my hands for pull-ups, I started recommending it to my patients with overly-sweaty hands. I've only heard good results!
I’ve tried sandpaper blocks but this is safer and easier. Plus it actually trains grip strength at the same time.
Great texture and size. Easy to carry around and use anywhere. Definitely noticing thicker skin on my upper palms and fingers. Wish they had more colors than black!
